Describe what is going in
List the materials and approximate amount. Flag concrete, soil, brick, roofing, drywall or any suspect material before booking. Do not add unapproved material.
ACCESS
Show the route and placement
Include the driveway or lane, slope, tight turns, overhead clearance and property restrictions. Placement and any surface-protection requirements must be confirmed.
TIMING
Plan delivery and pickup
Provide the requested dates or a workable project window. Dates are reserved only after the scope, project quote and schedule are agreed.
PICKUP
Keep the collection route clear
Report changes before pickup. Extensions, additional bins and exchanges are separate requests and depend on the confirmed schedule and capacity.

Full-service renovation debris removal is available as a separate service when you want loading and hauling handled.
What happens if the project runs longer than expected?
Contact us before the agreed pickup. Any extension, revised collection date and related change to the project quote must be agreed. Extensions are not automatic.
Can I arrange another bin or a bin exchange?
Yes, you can request one while planning the job. Additional bins and exchanges are confirmed separately against equipment availability and the project schedule. Immediate or continuous exchanges are not guaranteed.
Who checks permission for street or shared-property placement?
Tell us if the proposed location is on a street, lane, shared driveway or strata property. Property and municipal requirements vary, so the required permissions and who will arrange them must be confirmed before delivery.
