ONE LESS JOB ON YOUR PROPERTY LIST.
Units, shared spaces and building projects.
THE PROPERTY MANAGER’S REAL PROBLEM
A building does not pause for a cleanout.
A tenant leaves a couch behind. A garbage room starts overflowing. A contractor finishes a suite, but the old cabinets are still in the way. Someone else is waiting for that space—and the work cannot move forward until the problem is gone.
Turbo Haul helps you deal with the removal itself and the practical details around it: who lets us in, where the truck can stop, which items are approved and where the invoice needs to go.
WHO THIS SERVICE IS FOR
Built around the properties you manage.
Rental Buildings
Apartment turnovers, tenant-left furniture and the last items standing between a vacant unit and its next occupant.
Strata Properties
Bulky items in common areas, parkades and garbage rooms, coordinated with the building representative.
Managed Commercial Space
Office furniture, storage contents and approved project debris after a business moves out or a suite changes hands.
Multi-Property Portfolios
One-off requests across different addresses, with the right property contact and job reference attached to each visit.
THE REQUESTS THAT LAND ON YOUR DESK
Real building problems. Practical removal.
AFTER A TENANT LEAVES
Get the unit ready for the next step.
Remove approved furniture, mattresses, bagged contents and other unwanted items after the property contact confirms possession and scope. Replacing items between tenants? Include furniture removal and appliance removal in the same project request.

One property. Two ways to clear it.
The difference comes down to who is doing the loading and how the property needs the work to happen.

A PROCESS THAT FITS PROPERTY WORK
From open request to completed job.
Start with the property.
Send the property address, photos of the items and your preferred timing. Include the on-site contact and any access restrictions.
Agree on the job.
We confirm the approved items, quote and site conditions. If the scope cannot be judged remotely, an on-site quote is available.
Coordinate the building.
We work around the named property contact, loading access, elevator booking and other building requirements.
Finish and close it out.
The agreed items are removed and a formal invoice is issued. Ask for completion photos when they would help your records.
BUILDING ACCESS IS PART OF THE JOB
The details that stop a simple pickup from becoming a headache.
Managed properties have rules that a curbside pickup does not. We plan around the information your building actually needs us to follow.
Site contact and authorized entry
Concierge, caretaker, building manager or another approved contact.
Elevator and building hours
Booked service elevators, access windows and property rules.
Parking and the route out
Loading areas, parkade clearance and the distance to the truck.
Clear scope and paperwork
Approved items, property references and your formal invoice.

PRICING THAT MATCHES THE ACTUAL PROPERTY
A fair quote starts with the real scope.
A couch by the loading door and a full suite on the sixth floor are not the same job. We price the actual removal and confirm the amount before loading begins.
Amount of material
How much room the approved items take up in the truck.
Weight and disposal needs
Heavy loads or materials with special requirements can change the quote.
Building access
Stairs, long carrying distances, parking and elevator arrangements matter.
Labour and job conditions
The time and handling needed for the actual property, not a generic package.
Quotes are free. An on-site quote can be arranged when project details are not clear enough to assess remotely.
LOCAL PROPERTIES, LOCAL SERVICE

Share the property address and preferred timing so we can confirm availability for that location.

QUESTIONS PROPERTY MANAGERS ACTUALLY ASK
The practical details, answered.
Need to ask about a particular building, access issue or work-order requirement? Call us directly.
SPEAK WITH TURBO HAUL Disposal →
Can you work with our caretaker or building contact?
Yes. Your designated on-site contact can help coordinate entry, loading access and the approved work when the property manager is not present.
Can our property address or work-order number appear on the invoice?
Yes. Tell us which property details, unit identifier or work-order reference your office needs included with the formal invoice.
Can we start with one job before discussing additional properties?
Yes. Begin with a single approved request. Additional work can be discussed afterwards based on the service fit, timing and available capacity.
Do we need to move everything outside first?
No. For full-service junk removal, our team can remove approved items from units, storage areas or other permitted locations when access is safe and authorized.
What if photos are not enough to price the job?
For a complex or unclear property cleanout, an on-site quote can be arranged at no quote fee when needed.
Do you also offer bins for building or maintenance projects?
Yes. Bin rental is available when an appropriate placement area is confirmed and the property team or contractor will load the approved materials.
Can you remove items left behind after a tenancy ends?
We can review a removal request after the property manager, landlord, or authorized representative confirms that the items may be removed and provides permitted access. Turbo Haul Disposal does not determine ownership, abandonment, or the legal right to dispose of a tenant’s belongings. Review the Province of British Columbia’s guidance for items left behind before requesting removal.
NO BIG PROMISES. JUST THE NEXT JOB DONE PROPERLY.
Start with the next property on your list.
You do not need a long-term commitment to see whether we are a good fit. Start with one approved job and decide from there.
