After years of seeing the same problems in the industry — unclear pricing, slow communication, rushed jobs, and customers unsure which service they actually need — we wanted to build a company that does things more clearly.

Behind Turbo Haul Disposal is a local team with real experience in junk removal, hauling, cleanup planning, customer communication, and field operations. Each person brings a different strength to the business — from service planning and bin rental operations to hands-on cleanup work and customer experience.
Farshad
Service Planning & Bin Rental Operations
Farshad has been active in the local junk removal, hauling, disposal, and cleanup market since 2006. with involvement in over 20,000 local jobs, he brings strong practical knowledge of project planning, material loads, access situations, scheduling, and customer needs before the work begins. At Turbo Haul Disposal, he focuses on service planning and bin rental operations, especially for larger cleanup, renovation debris, construction debris, and projects where choosing the right option matters.
Khash
Field Operations Lead
Khash has been working in junk removal and field cleanup operations since 2016. As Field Operations Lead, he helps manage the practical side of each job, including crew coordination, site access, loading, hauling, and making sure the work is completed respectfully and efficiently. His focus is helping each project run smoothly from arrival to final cleanup, with attention to safety, communication, and the customer’s space.

Digital Growth & Customer Experience
Hamed has been involved in digital marketing, customer communication, and business growth since 2017. At Turbo Haul Disposal, he focuses on making the customer journey clearer and easier — from the first website visit or message to the quote process, follow-up, and overall service experience.
